ICEM14 will provide a technical exhibition on software or apparatus used for experimental investigations on structures and materials. This event, taking place from 4 July 2010, will offer the opportunity to meet with international experts in the field of experimental mechanics. If your organization is interested in displaying software or apparatus at the technical exhibition, please fill the pre-registration form (registration form will be available in december 2009).

Fees for an exhibition booth are 1050 € for one day (after may 31, 2010: 1100€) and 250€ for each additionnal day.
It includes admittance of one person, lunches, coffee breaks, the conference banquet (only Wednesday ) and the visit to Futuroscope Park (only Monday).

Without lunches, the conference banquet and the visit to Futuroscope Park, fees for an exhibition booth are 1000 € for one day (after may 31, 2010: 1100€) and 200€ for each additionnal day. Additional members of a technical exhibition booth pay the regular conference registration fee. The organizers are offering a limited number of spaces, situated in a secure area where refreshment breaks are located. All information sheets will be bundled into a technical exhibition booklet that will be part of the personal conference set for each participant at the conference. The booth set-up is at your own responsibility. Tables and chairs are available from the conference organizers, as well as normal power supply.
