Instruction for the oral presentation

Duration : 20 minutes with discussion (15 minutes of presentation + 5 minutes of discussion)

In each room a video projector is available connected to a Personnal Computer with the latest version of Powerpoint and Acrobat reader

Each speaker is asked to checked his file at the Control Room  (room 16) as soon as possible , not less than two hours before the presentation   (or the day before if the presentation is scheduledin the morning). Then each presentation will be copied and will send to the right room.

A conference assistant is assigned to each room in order to help chairpersons and speakers.

The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

 


 

 

Full Paper Submission

Corresponding author will be notified of abstract acceptance by email no later than 15th December 2009 .

Online Submission will be available in January .

The paper must be at least six and no more than eight pages long.

The official language should be English.

You may wish to download the paper template (in MS WORD or LATEX formats)

Paper submission deadline 1st March 2010 .

 


 

 

Abstract Submission

Authors are invited to submit their abstract under PDF file via the online submission system.

The official language should be English. Abstracts should contain sufficient detail on the techniques used and the results which will be shown.

You may wish to download the abstract template (in MS WORD or LATEX formats) to prepare your abstract.

Abstract proceeding will be printed.

You will receive a confirmation when the abstract has been received. Please contact the conference secretariat if you did not receive confirmation within 2 working days.

The abstract will be reviewed by the scientific committee.

Corresponding author will be notified of abstract acceptance by email no later than 15th December 2009 .

Abstract Submission steps

  1. Click on the link “Abstract submission”
  2. Click on “Create my password” for registration of the corresponding author (in order to create a login ID and password) (Only for the first access, if you are already registered enter your email address and your password).
  3. Click on : “send ” and “submit a new abstract
  4. Add Authors
  5. Enter first and second choices of session
  6. Upload your pdf file
  7. You will receive a confirmation when the abstract has been received
  8. Notification of abstract acceptance by email ( 15th December 2009 )

To submit several abstracts you have to repeat these procedure.

Before the reviewer process you can modify and remove your abstract by the same procedure.
